Mr. McGillery - 2008/07/30 16:13
What is up with him? Am I suppose to read his letters and take them seriously? Or, should I file them or trash them? I know in the past the assoc. has had some problems with him not abiding by the bylaws. Now we have lawyers mumbo jumbo involved in this matter. I know that I missed the last meeting sorry, had a funeral to attend. And I know that my property is not in very good shape but, why do we have to spend the assoc. monies on legal fee's for this perticular problem. Don't we {the assoc.} reserve the right to force him to sell his property and to never return even if his family have lots there also? All the legal bullcrap he is putting the assoc. through is I'm sure what is costing the assoc. so much in legal fee's. We should RESERVE OUR RIGHT, just like in convience store's {NO SHIRTS NO SHOE'S, NO SERVICE} to have a meeting on this matter and no other matter to request that and vote on BANISHING him from Twin Lake Assoc. Inc. property for not abiding by the bylaws...that is if the assoc. can show proof of this. Then the matter would be taken care of and it will end all the legal fee's in this matter. For that, the Assoc. can possibly sue him for negligent's and legal fee's.
Don't get me wrong, I am not legal savy but, I am sure there is a way to resolve this problem simple, quick, and easy.

Please reply and let all our voices be heard!!!

Thank You,
Renee Johnson

Re:Mr. McGillery - 2008/10/26 04:02 it does make one wonder how just one member can cause so much trouble and worry. Most of the members just want to come down to the Lake for the weekend. Some want to fish, some want to sit, some want to visit. Most just want to relax. But then there is that one that wants to cause trouble.
